Participants
Achieve Ability Housing’s core belief is being person centered. It can be difficult finding accessible accommodation that allows participants to be in control whilst respecting their individual choices. We work closely with the participant and the participant’s supports to determine housing options and secure and maintain their rental tenancy.
Every participant has different functional requirements and preferences when looking for a home. That is why we offer a variety of homes that cater to a variety of needs. We focus on a wide variety of homes, from participants requiring robust dwellings to cater for behaviors of concern, to participants requiring XY ceiling hoists.

Support Coordinators
At Achieve Ability Housing’s approach is to supporting participants goes beyond just working with the individual; we also value and actively involve their support networks. Our vast experience in this field has shown that a collaborative effort with support coordinators and other stakeholders is vital to ensure the highest standard of care for each participant.
By engaging with support coordinators, we can establish a seamless and comprehensive support system tailored to the unique needs and preferences of the participant. We believe that the input and insights provided by these coordinators are invaluable in crafting personalized solutions for housing and overall well-being.
